• Registration is considered complete only after full payment is received.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the program.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where Aeroshastra cancels the event.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances, participants may request a reschedule or credit towards a future course.

4. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain discipline and respect instructors, staff, and fellow students.

• Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.

• Aeroshastra reserves the right to deny admission or participation to anyone violating the code of conduct.

5. Liability & Safety

• Aeroshastra takes all necessary precautions to ensure a safe learning environment. However, participants engage in hands-on activities at their own risk.

• We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the course or event.

• Parental/guardian consent is required for students under 18 years of age.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, presentations, videos, and content provided during the program are the intellectual property of Aeroshastra.

• Participants are not allowed to copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior permission.

7. Photography & Media

• Aeroshastra may capture photos/videos during sessions for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please inform us in writing before the event.

8. Website Usage

• Users must not misuse, hack, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website.

• Any misuse of the website content or branding may result in legal action.

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Aeroshastra reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any course due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of cancellation, a full refund or alternative session will be provided.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.​
